How do I request pricing or a quote from Pulse ?  You can request pricing or a quote from your local Pulse representative by telephone, email or fax. To contact your serving representative in one of these methods please use our office locator.

How do I order from Pulse ?  You can place an order by contacting your pulse representative either by telephone, fax or email. When placing an order we require some basic information to process the order:

1) Bill To/Ship To and contact information
2) Product or Service part numbers quoted
3) Prices of product(s) or service(s) quoted
4) Shipping method desired or available
5) Will partial shipments be acceptable
6) Hardcopy Purchase Order by Email, Mail, or Fax if possible
7) Payment method agreed upon by Pulse

Does Pulse provide on-line ordering ?  Due to the complex nature of most Pulse products and solutions, on-line ordering is not currently offered. Since most Pre-sales assistance is free, it is best to consult and place your order with a Pulse representative.

What do I need to order from Pulse ?  In order to purchase equipment or services from Pulse you will need the following:

1) Bill To/Ship To and contact information
2) Product or Service part numbers quoted
3) Prices of product(s) or service(s) quoted
4) Shipping method desired or available
5) Will partial shipments be acceptable
6) Hardcopy Purchase Order by Email, Mail, or Fax if possible
7) Payment method agreed upon by Pulse

What are the terms of payment when ordering from Pulse ?  There are several payment methods available depending on the customers needs or capability. These include the following:

1) Net Terms or Company Credit
2) Credit Cards including American Express, Visa and Master Card
3) Wire Transfer
4) C.O.D. via a USA shipping Point ( Cash, Money Order, Cashiers, Draft or Company Check)
5) Irrevocable Letter of Credit - $75,000.00 minimum
6) Leasing

Can I set up an account and terms with Pulse ?  In order to obtain credit or terms with Pulse, you will need to fill out our Credit Application and fax back to your serving Pulse Representative. Upon approval you will be set up with Net 15 or 30 day terms and a pre set limit. International companies are not able to obtain credit terms except under special circumstances.

Does Pulse offer leasing for purchase of equipment ?  Pulse does not offer direct leasing but partners with several independant leasing companies. With most, you can apply online. Please let them know you were referred by Pulse for expedited and special service:

What type of Shipping services does Pulse offer ?  Pulse utilizes United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FED EX) for most shipments. Depending on available options we can provide:

2) United States Postal System (USPS)

5) Airborne
6) Courier and Same Day Services

What are the Return of equipment policies ?  Return of equipment is based on the actual equipment or manufacturer. In most cases a minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to most returns, the fee can be higher especially with damaged or missing items. Some specialty equipment is non-returnable including Signaling Converters, VoIP hardware, GSM Gateways, ITSP systems and software. Most returnable equipment is void after 30 days of actual shipment date. Exchange of equipment may be possible to offset these charges. Unless otherwise provided in writing, these options are at the discretion of Pulse, Inc. Please discuss with your Pulse representative for further details.

What are the warranties on equipment I purchase from Pulse ?  The warranty of most equipment is honored by the manufacturer directly. Warranties can vary from 90 days to 10 years depending on the manufacturer. Please discuss with your Pulse representative for exact details on your equipment purchase.

How are International Orders handled ?  Most International orders are handled much the same as a United States orders except for shipping and payment terms. It is best to contact your International Pulse Representative to discuss these details.

How do I contact a Pulse Representative to check on an order ?  You can contact your representative by using our simple office locator if you do not already have your representatives telephone number or email address. Most orders can be tracked by your company name or actual Order number. This order number is a 6 or 7 alphanumeric number such as MD1234. You can ask your Pulse Representative for this number after they enter your order.
